Applicants seeking to renew a visa that expired less than 48 months ago and who were issued a B1/B2 visa when they were under the age of 14 and they have not subsequently applied and have never been revoked or denied for a visa.
Applicants who were issued a B1/B2 visa when they were under the age of 14, have not subsequently applied for a visa, have never had their visa revoked or application denied, are now 14 years old or above, and who are renewing their B1/B2 visas which expired less than 48 months ago may qualify for this process.
Step 1
Pay the visa application fee at http://www.ustraveldocs.com/ph/ph-niv-paymentinfo.asp. To pay your visa fee, read the Bank and Payment Options page. This page explains how to make your visa fee payment. You must keep your receipt number to book your visa biometrics appointment.
Step 2
The next step is to complete the DS-160 form. Be sure to read the Guidelines for Completing the DS-160 Form carefully. The photo uploaded on the DS 160 online visa application should be recently taken within the last six months, and all information must be correct and accurate. You will need your DS-160 confirmation number to book your appointment
Step 3
You are almost ready to schedule your visa appointment! Now you will need to create a profile in our system. Follow this link and click on New User.
Complete all fields and create a password. Once you are in the system, you will see your dashboard. Click on Schedule a Biometrics Appointment provided you would qualify under the criteria. We will confirm your eligibility and inform you before you will be able to schedule an appointment. If you do not receive instructions to schedule a biometrics appointment, you did not qualify and will have to schedule a routine interview appointment.
Ensure that you have provided a valid and correct DS-160 barcode number when you scheduled your appointment. If the barcode number is invalid or incorrect, you will not be admitted to the interview and your receipt will be locked, preventing rebooking, for 30 days.
Step 4
Visit the U.S. Embassy on the date and time of your biometrics appointment. You must bring a printed copy of your appointment letter, your DS-160 confirmation page, one photograph taken within the last six months, your current passport and previously issued passport that contains your U.S. Visa. Applications without all these items will not be accepted.
Please Note: Using the biometrics only service does not guarantee visa issuance. In some cases, you may be required to appear for a visa interview at the U.S. Embassy. If you submit an incomplete and/or inaccurate application, or if you do not meet the criteria listed above, we will return your application via the courier, and you will be asked to schedule an interview. You should submit your application well in advance of your planned travel, to allow for the possibility that a visa interview will be necessary.
Step 5
If your visa is approved, the visa will be sent to your designated location selected when you scheduled your appointment
