MacOS users: The APeX Connect Portal works with macOS Monterey (12.x), Ventura (13.x) and Sonoma (14.x) when used with the correct versions of Citrix Workspace for Mac. UCSF no longer supports macOS Big Sur (11.x) and older versions. As APeX is designed for Windows, IT may not be able to quickly resolve any issues associated with using APeX through Citrix Workspace for Macs and appreciates your understanding.
***If your Mac is self-supported and using macOS Monterey (12.x), Ventura (13.x), or Sonoma (14.x), you will need to download and install the latest Citrix Workspace App for Mac .
Important for Mac Users: If prompted during Citrix installation, make sure the Add Account option is NOT checked. If Citrix Workspace opens a window asking for a Store URL or your email address, just ignore and close that window.
